These rates are intended for full board per person, per day, in a double room, excluding the tourist tax and include: VAT, service, use of the swimming pool, use of the private beach with umbrella, 2 sun loungers per room. All rooms are with shower, toilet, balcony, telephone, TV and independent air conditioning.

• Meals not taken are not deducted or compensated.

• We prepare travel baskets for trips and offer a basket instead of lunch to all those who have started their stay with dinner.

• The price of full board or half board is charged for a minimum stay of 3 days.

• Upon receipt of the reservation, a deposit of € 200.00 must be sent as confirmation of the same.

• On the day of arrival, the room will be available from 12:00.

• On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 9:00; those intending to leave in the afternoon must leave the room or an extra day will be charged.

• Tourist tax: up to a maximum of 7 days, for the period from 15 June to 31 August. From 14 to 75 years of age. €0.50 per person per day.
